Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the aims and scope of the Pioneer Medical Journal (PMJ). All submissions are initially assessed by an editor for suitability, originality, scientific quality, ethical compliance, and adherence to the Journal's requirements. Suitable manuscripts are sent for peer review before a final editorial decision.
 
The Editor may reject a submission without external peer review if it is outside the Journal's scope or does not meet the required standards of scientific quality, ethics, originality, or presentation.
 
Authors should carefully review the Instructions for Authors and Submission Checklist before submitting a manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submission, authors should ensure that:
•⁠  ⁠The manuscript is original and is not under consideration by another journal.
•⁠  ⁠All listed authors have approved the manuscript and meet the Journal's authorship requirements.
•⁠  ⁠Appropriate ethical approval and informed consent have been obtained where applicable.
•⁠  ⁠All sources of funding and potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
•⁠  ⁠Permission has been obtained for the use of copyrighted or previously published material.
•⁠  ⁠The manuscript has been prepared according to the Journal's Instructions for Authors and relevant reporting guidelines.
•⁠  ⁠References, tables, figures, and supplementary materials are complete and accurately presented.
•⁠  ⁠Any use of generative artificial intelligence or AI-assisted technologies has been appropriately disclosed.
